1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing digital products from ui2d.com(the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Site.

2. Digital Assets & Purchases

All purchases of digital assets (including sound effects, UI component kits, graphics packs, character sprite sheets, and layouts) are processed securely through Gumroad. Upon completion of a purchase, you will receive a secure download link or a product license key.

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once assets have been downloaded. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

3. Intellectual Property & License

All digital files, code, design sheets, graphics, loops, and visual layouts available on ui2d.com are owned by UI2D. When you purchase an asset pack, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, lifetime license to use the assets in your personal or commercial game projects.

This license is subject to the specific terms set out in our Licensing Agreement. You may not redistribute, resell, lease, sublicense, or share the raw asset files individually or as part of any catalog or stock asset collection.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall UI2D or its developers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our Site, even if UI2D has been notified of the possibility of such damage.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operating country, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

6. Changes to Terms

UI2D reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. We recommend users review this page periodically to remain informed of any updates.
